NRG (pronounced en-er-jee). What does it mean?  It means Nurture. Reach. Grow.  NRG.  What is it?  It's a bunch of young people that meet every Wednesday at Calvary at 6pm and, together, grow and learn so that they might change their generation for Jesus, with the understanding that many of their friends don't know the awesome love of God and are everyday going about their daily lives, lost.  

NRG cell will open up this Haloween, October 31st for an event known as Trunk or Treat.  It starts at 6pm in the Calvary Academy parking lot.  Make sure you're there!!!  Any questions, call the youth office <732-363-3168>.       

We've been doing some pretty cool stuff at F.U.E.L.  Make sure you be apart of all the fun...

-new T-shirt- F.U.E.L will be having a contest for the best designed t-shirt.  You must produce a design for a shirt that is a clear representation of F.U.E.L and what it stands for.  Winning design will actually be printed for the 07/08 F.U.E.L t-shirt, and will be officially uncovered at this year's Youth Convention!!!  Make sure you email Pastor Timm (pastortimm@calvarylighthouse.org) with your design by October 20th!!!  Suggestion: you can use www.customink.com for ideas...

-the More We Get 2gether- From now until October 28th, F.U.E.L will be having a contest for the teen that will bring the most friends out to Youth Group.  Your invited friends must be new to F.U.E.L and have never attended in the past.  The top three winning teens will each have their $95 registration and hotel fees for 2007 Youth Convention completely paid for! 

This Sunday, September 30th, there are a couple of things coming up.  For one, this will be the night when ALL monies for Survival are due!!!  Do not forget- You must have all your money in by the end of Youth Group that night!!!  Also, we will be having a special guest speaker coming out to Youth Group.  His name is Joe Green, and for those who went to Paraguay last summer on the youth missions trip, will know that he was the active AG missionary there.  He will be speaking at F.U.E.L, so don't miss it!!!
