Yo DON'T FORGET!!!!!

If you are signed up for Convention, you need to be at church by 9am!!! Don't forget your clothes, Bible, money, etc.

Youth Convention '08 is right around the corner. Below is the need to know info:

Dates:  Friday and Saturday, November 7th and 8th

Times: Must arrive at church NO LATER THAN 9am on Friday the 7th. We will be back at church approximately 6pm on Saturday the 8th.

What should I bring: Bible, pen, notebook (you are provided with note sheets in the Convention book, but you may want to write additional stuff down), pajamas, change of clothes for Saturday (yes you will need them), FUEL shirt (you will be given one on Friday and it must be worn that day), toiletries (you know - shampoo, soap, deodarant, toothpaste, etc), $ for food (you need $9 for dinner Friday night, and it will be collected, plus money for approximately 3 more stops).

What should I not bring: no electronics of any kind (Ipods, mp3 players, CD players, etc).  Cell phones may be brought but used to call parents ONLY...any unathorized use or possession of such items will result in immediate confiscation...NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!!!

Should I do anything before Convention: Keep actively seeking God in prayer and devotional time. We are expecting God to move mightily this weekend...and we know HE WILL!!!

On Friday, October 31st, FUEL will hold their 2nd Annual Trunk-or-Treat. Basically, children will go from car trunk to car trunk, play a game, and receive a prize. This is a safe and fun alternative to trick-or-treating.

The event will begin at 6pm and will be held in the parking lot of the church closest to the sport fields. Know of anyone who might be interested in running a game? Have them email me at cclifegroup@gmail.com!
